What About Sensitivities to Various Foods?

The food and meal score refers only to your personal blood sugar response. Therefore, if you have from a variety of sensitivities, or if you are diagnosed with a condition that requires specific dietary restrictions such as high cholesterol or fatty liver, or if you have IBS and there are a variety of foods you have learned to avoid or that do not suit you, even if they get a good score in the mobile app, you should continue avoiding them.

You can select one or several food preferences in your app including gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, and kosher, and the recommendations will follow in line with this.
